✅ Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled before processing or dispatch.
✅ Delivery Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Used or Partially Consumed Products: Once fuel or gas has been delivered and used, it is non-refundable.
❌ Customer Error: If the incorrect product was ordered by mistake.
❌ Late Cancellation: Orders canceled after dispatch or delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
